IDG Card Deck

At Natural Intelligence, we use the Inner Development Goals (IDGs) as a guiding framework because the skills they represent are deeply aligned with our values and our belief in creating positive impact in the world.

To make the IDGs more accessible, engaging, and practical, we took them outdoors and created this unique card deck. Designed in harmony with the official IDG framework and visual identity, the deck contains 30 beautifully crafted cards: five Dimension Cards and twenty-five Skill Cards.

Each Skill Card includes three carefully designed reflection questions that invite you to explore the skill on a deeper level, helping you move beyond intellectual understanding into personal insight and meaningful action. Whether you are exploring the IDGs on your own, with a colleague, or as part of a team, the cards provide a simple yet powerful way to spark reflection, dialogue, and growth.
